As another person posted, lighter isn't colorful and of two that I ordered (one palo santo pack and a brujita box) and neither worked. Double whammy. I emailed the company, hoping they make it right.

What you see is not what you get delivered. Allow me to explain. Saw this lighter on IG an FB and it looked so colorful and pretty I wanted to get some as gifts. So I did. What arrived was definitely not as colorful, as you can see from the pic, and honestly a let down. I checked the description on the site and even went back to IG to see if I had missed something and it was meant to be black the whole time. Nothing anywhere says that what you get will be different than the colorful picture and I feel dupped. I sent them a DM which was ignored, a message on FB when I got served an ad which was deleted, a message on PayPal and all of it was ignored. What I did keep getting was emails telling me to write a review so here we are. Really bummed about this local experience.
